Yemeni Government Forces Report Significant Gains Against Houthi Militias

Yemeni government forces announced on Friday that they successfully conducted 1,087 targeted operations against Houthi militia command and control centers, resulting in the neutralization of 336 combatants over the past 24 hours.

The spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed that government troops are continuing offensive operations under the "Dawn of Yemen" campaign. These strikes utilized a combination of fighter jets, unmanned aerial vehicles, field artillery, and rocket launchers to dismantle Houthi reinforcements, supply lines, defensive fortifications, and heavy weapon systems.

In the Taiz province, government forces and Popular Resistance fighters engaged in strategic counter-attacks against critical militia positions. These efforts were bolstered by precision airstrikes that targeted Houthi troop concentrations, inflicting substantial damage on both personnel and military infrastructure.

Operations across the Al-Jawf, Marib, and Al-Bayda fronts, as well as the southern and southwestern sectors, involved intensive surveillance and reconnaissance. These actions successfully thwarted militia infiltration attempts and restricted the enemy's ability to mobilize reserves or transfer reinforcements between various operational axes.

The campaign resulted in the destruction or incapacitation of 112 vehicles, supply units, and pieces of heavy weaponry. Government forces maintain that they are continuing to escalate their combat operations to neutralize threats while adhering to strict protocols to ensure the protection of civilians and civilian infrastructure.
