Airstrikes Target Houthi Missile Sites in Marib, Al-Jawf

Airstrikes on Saturday targeted Houthi militia missile sites and launch platforms in the provinces of Marib and Al-Jawf, as part of escalating strikes aimed at degrading the militia's military capabilities.

Local sources and eyewitnesses reported that the raids struck militia positions in Jabal Jurah in the Al-Joubah district, south of Marib province. Concurrently, other airstrikes hit Houthi locations in the Al-Shahla sector, east of Al-Jawf province.

The sources added that the strikes also included what were described as "precision" hits on missile launch platforms and weapons depots belonging to the militia in the districts of Majzar and Al-Joubah in Marib province, as well as positions in the Al-Safra area.

According to the sources, the strikes focused on military sites utilized by the Houthi militia for storing weapons and launching missiles, in an effort to weaken their military capacity and prevent their use in new attacks.

No official statements have been issued regarding the entity that carried out the airstrikes or the extent of human and material losses incurred. The Houthi militia has not announced details regarding the impact of the targeting.

These airstrikes occur amidst escalating military operations targeting Houthi militia positions and movements on the Marib and Al-Jawf fronts, coinciding with continued military tensions in several Yemeni provinces.
