Leaked documents obtained through a significant cyber breach of Yemen’s Civil Aviation Authority have exposed allegations that Houthi militants are systematically repurposing humanitarian and United Nations-sanctioned flights to facilitate the movement of their leadership and foreign experts.

Yemeni researcher Dr. Abdulqader Al-Kharaz reported that a technical team identified as S4uD1Pwnz successfully infiltrated the Houthi-controlled aviation systems in Sanaa. The breach resulted in the acquisition of highly sensitive official documents, including passenger manifests for flights operating out of Sanaa International Airport. These logs purportedly demonstrate that aircraft chartered by international organizations, such as the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross, have been utilized to bypass standard security protocols for the group's internal agenda.

According to Al-Kharaz, the documents confirm the regular transport of high-ranking Houthi military and political figures, as well as the entry of foreign personnel, including reports of Colombian experts. Furthermore, the evidence suggests that the flights have been used to smuggle sensitive equipment that cannot be transported through conventional border crossings. This exploitation of humanitarian corridors raises significant concerns regarding the integrity of international aid operations within the conflict-stricken nation.

Al-Kharaz criticized the stark disparity in the management of Sanaa Airport, noting that while ordinary Yemeni citizens—including patients in need of medical care, students, and expatriates—are frequently denied travel rights, the facilities are being prioritized for the movement of militant leadership. He asserted that the humanitarian impact of these flights has diminished significantly, as they are no longer effectively utilized for the delivery of essential life-saving supplies such as vaccines and critical medications.

The researcher confirmed that his team is currently compiling a comprehensive investigative report based on the leaked data. The forthcoming report, which is expected to be released to the public shortly, intends to provide a detailed analysis of flight operations at Sanaa International Airport throughout September 2026, supported by specific dates, figures, and documentation.
