Three Injured in Al Houthi Ambush of Tribal Convoy in Al Jawf

At least three individuals from the Dhu Muhammad tribes and an unspecified number of Al Houthi militia members sustained injuries following violent armed clashes in the Bart district of Al Jawf governorate. The incident occurred amidst escalating tribal and military tensions in the region.

Local sources reported that the confrontations erupted after Al Houthi militia forces intercepted several vehicles belonging to the Al Salah clan, part of the Dhu Muhammad tribes, as they were traveling from Al Hazm city.

It is understood that the tribal vehicles were en route to "Matrah Al Rayyan" in the Khab Wa Al Sha'af district.

According to these sources, the interception is part of ongoing efforts by the Al Houthi militia to obstruct and hinder the movement of Yemeni tribal members responding to a call for "tribal mobilization" initiated by Sheikh Hamad bin Fadgham Al Hazmi.

Following the incident, a state of extreme tension and heightened alert prevailed among the region's tribes and the militia. Concerns are mounting over the potential resumption of clashes and the expansion of the conflict zone, given the continued mobilization and tribal rejection of Al Houthi practices.
